Minimum Revenue Requirements and Room Fees

Each dining area has either a Minimum Revenue Requirement or a Room Fee. The minimum must be met regardless of a decrease in attendance as stated in the contract. Rooms with a fee do not have a minimum. Should a client not meet the food and beverage minimum revenue requirement, the difference will be assessed in the form of a room rental fee. Please note, sales tax, gratuity and other charges are NOT included in the minimum revenue requirement. Please consult our sales team for specifics or clarification of the minimum revenue requirements. Please note: Space is only reserved with a signed contract, 50% deposit and Credit Card for a financial hold.

Mrs. K’s is comprised of a variety of different rooms, each with its own unique personal charm. Whether looking for a private setting within our European-style wine cellar area or a view of the garden, each room adds to the ambiance of your experience. Our rooms are categorized as Private or Semi-private, while there are some areas of the home that are not available to reserve when open for regular restaurant patrons. Please be sure to review the characteristics of each of the rooms as based upon the needs of your event.

Combined Rooms
